I have an old washing machine with an agitator in the center and I can't tell you the number of times the clothes have got all mangled and twisted together. These bags allow me to separate items that are more delicate. Those sweaters with a bit of bling on them? Just turn them inside out and toss them into a laundry bag. They won't get snagged and nor will they snag anything else.I use the smaller bags to put my socks into. No more looking for mismatched pairs and no missing socks.The material on the Mamlyn Mesh Laundry Bags looks and feels fairly solid, so much so that I had to check the wash mid-way through to be sure the clothes inside the bags were actually getting soaked. They were and everything washed up just fine.I put the bags with their contents directly into the tumble dryer on regular heat. No problems and they came out as good as new, ready to use again.I have two small Mamlyn laundry bags that I use for undies and hosiery. I was so impressed with them that I ordered two large bags for washing sweaters. I think they are great!The bags are very well made of a fabric that is nice to handle. I've had no trouble with them unzipping in the washing machine but I am careful to close them completely and tuck the end in the pocket of the zipper.The small ones hold quite a lot of small items and even delicate blouses. The large ones will easily accommodate a very bulky sweater or two lightweight sweaters. They keep them from snagging or stretching out of shape. I highly recommend these bags to anyone who hates hand washing as much as I do!I thought it would be cheap and badly made honestly due to the price. But this is a solid deal, sturdy good zippers which was my biggest initial concern. But once i got it i was impressed, would def get more.I got these to wash my makeup remover wash clothes. My washer was sucking the towels up into the filter. The bags are great! Zipper is strong and smooth. I love the little overlap on the end to hold the zipper locked in place so it doesn’t come open. Very happy with these bags!I'm fairly certain it will meet with my needs. I'd like to use it to wash microfiber towels I have. It was larger than I expected, but that's not a problem... I suppose better than being undersized, as is the usual case when purchasing items online. Only thing, which cost a star, mainly due to the shipper/vendor, was package was completely open from 1 side ... it should have been completely sealed. If it has a reasonable life, I may order another or similar from a different vendor.Perfect size for my needs. Seems very well made. I haven’t used them yet but I know I won’t be disappointed. First thing out of the package was quality. Would recommend!I wash lingerie in these bags and use them on trips. The material weave is tight and the zippers are sturdy.I use these to wash bras and socks in the washing machine. They have worked well so far and have not raveled or lost their shape. The zipper stays fastened, and they hold more than I expected. so have put some items in them just to save them from inadvertently being stretched in a regular load of mixed clothes.UPDATE: The bag stays closed in the washer/dryer when you seat the zipper into the elastic band. So it works, you just have to make sure you do that extra step.Bag comes open during wash which makes the product useless. I've used a similar product to this that lasted a couple years but then the zipper broke. I couldn't find the same product on the "Amazon Orders" page so I ordered this instead. I have 2 mediums and 2 larges and ALL of them open up during the washing cycle (from closed zipper to open during the wash).I wanted to use this kind of product as a separate laundry bag for my "darn tough" socks to prevent them from getting lost. The end result is that this product doesn't work.I have used the largest sized bag twice now with disappointing results. The first time the zipper opened and separated during the wash, spilling out my delicate laundry item I was trying to protect. I tried to use it again and found that the zipper kept separating when trying to close it. Tried many times unsuccessfully to zip it up until it finally worked. Washed something not too delicate in it and once again the zipper separated during the wash and my item spilled out. The above pictures demonstrate the zipper problem.I have been reluctant to use the other laundry bags based on the problems with this one. It can not be used safely with delicates, obviously.I would like a replacement or a refund, please.The mesh is very fine. No hairs came off of a faux fur blanket into the lint trap. The blanket was completely un-matted after washing and drying, too, so I would highly recommend this bag to anyone with faux fur to keep the fur looking nice.I bought this bag to keep microplastics out of the water system and I feel pretty confident it did the job! It seems like it significantly reduced the abrasion that would make the little hairs leave the material in the first place.This bag feels well-constructed. The zipper doesn't snag. The elastic and seams are clean without little threads hanging out. The mesh doesn't get pulled or snagged or torn easily.The price was very reasonable for what I got. Definitely worth the money to me. It will probably pay for itself, if it keeps my blankets and large textiles looking this good!I've got 4 drying balls bouncing around in my drying machine and just putting them inside a net bag like this makes it easier to get the clothes out of the machine without grabbing a ball my mistake. It also makes so that the balls are less noisy in the machine, but at the same time I get the same drying time as ever.I'm pretty sure they would be as useful in the washing machine for delicate items.Purchased to hold lengths of Compression Tubigrip and compression stockings during laundering. The small fine mesh bags hold 6 pieces comfortably and keeps these long compression items contained without damage for a good laundering with no more tangling in the agitator or with other items. I ensure the zipper pull tow is well tucked under the elastic and I have had no issues of the bag opening during the washing cycle or of zipper failure. Affordably price size groupings to suit all needs. This size is working well for me. I recommend.
